Whether you workout at a gym, a yoga studio or a crossfit box, having a well packed bag is the start to having a successful workout. Below I’ve broken out the eight components to a perfectly packed gym bag to get you to and from the gym without breaking a sweat!

Hair ties – Nine out of 10 times, I wear my hair down. So I always keep a plethora of comfortable, no fuss hair ties in my gym bag. I love these Emi-Jay hair ties because they are comfortable and don’t pull or dent my hair during a workout.
