Monday, January 7 – Day 5
Day 5 on Whole30 was by far the easiest yet. I started by day with a cup of coffee and yummy eggs (easy recipe later this week) and was busy at work until lunch. I find that the days go faster and it is easier to not think about food when I am at the office. Due to a crazy work schedule I got home a bit late, but J made a delicious dinner– I really have the best boyfriend.
Yet again the workout was put on hold in order to get in a full 7 hours of sleep, but today is a new day. Here’s to hoping it’s just a little less busy!

Another long work day cut into gym time, here’s to hoping I can work out tomorrow!
Food
Breakfast- Coffee with Almond milk and eggs
Lunch- Chicken, sweet potato and green beans
Snack- Handful of dried cranberries, bananas, almonds and cashews
Dinner- Meatball with tomato sauce and green beans
From January 3 through February 1, I’m documenting my Whole30 experience, including sleep, activity and food. Although I follow Paleo guidelines most of the time, I’m going all-in for the next 30 days to detox and restart my Paleo habits after an indulgent holiday season.
