Monday, January 21 – Day 19
I was excited to have a day off to do some errands around the house and work on Cave Girl, but I was also nervous to be home alone with a fridge full of food. Turns out I had enough self control (and things to do) to make it through the day without raiding the freezer.
Spending a whole day inside however, was out of the questions. So after a little R&R and and brunch while watching the inauguration, I decided to head out walk around the city and do a little London shopping. Luckily, I also had time to make a yummy dinner for J and I. Recipe for a delicious Whole30 approved chili to come later this week!

Another full day of walking the city and doing a little shopping (but mostly just walking).
Food
Brunch- Coffee with almond milk, eggs and bacon
Snack- Handful of dried bananas, cranberries, raisins, almonds and cashews
Snack- Coffee with almond milk
Dinner- Chilli and sweet potato chips
From January 3 through February 1, I’m documenting my Whole30 experience, including sleep, activity and food. Although I follow Paleo guidelines most of the time, I’m going all-in for the next 30 days to detox and restart my Paleo habits after an indulgent holiday season.
