During the week, J and I plan our meals, we eat leftovers for lunch and we are on such a schedule that it is generally somewhat easy for follow Whole30. The weekends however are a whole other ball game. Date nights, eating with friends and family and that occasional Saturday you spent way more time shopping than you originally planned. On the weekends eating out is inevitable.
Luckily, as long as you’re careful and make smart choices. It is possible to eat out while doing the Whole30 or if you are Paleo. In fact, my go to tends to be a burger and sweet potato fries, and this weekend was filled with a few too many burgers and sweet potato fries. While they may not have been the best Whole30 approved meals. I have to say I am so proud of J and I for continuing to stay on track and not being tempted by the three cheese pasta or triple chocolate dessert. Eighteen days down and 12 to go!
