When I decided to go dark with my hair this summer, my coworker was convinced I needed to pick-up a pair of reflective sunglasses. She had been dying to try a pair, but didn’t think she could pull it off (side note, this girl is gorgeous and could pull off a paper bag). Always up for a challenge, and in desperate need of a new pair of sunnies, I thought I’d give it a shot. Instead of dropping a couple hundred dollars on a pair of sunglasses I might only get a few wears out of, I decided to pick up a less expensive version. This was a great way to test out the trend without spending a lot.
Low and behold I have had the sunglasses for just over a week and LOVE them. I was nervous they might not be very versatile, but the green/blue color has turned out to complement just about everything. A pair of white skinnies and flowey blouse have been my go to uniform lately, and I kept things simple with a delicate necklace and a gold watch.
What do you think about reflective, colorful lenses? Will you be rocking a pair this summer?
