When going Paleo it is important to remember that no dish should be boring. Whether you are roasting a chicken or grilling some burgers, you can always spice up a dish with spices. The number of spices out there can be both exciting and slightly overwhelming, but it is good to know that they are all Paleo friendly. I suggest you begin by trying out simple, common spices, such as pepper, cumin, chili powder, rosemary and paprika, but don’t be afraid to experiment and try new things.

One things we’ve learned is that there are a number of places to find all the spices you’ll ever need. Our trade secret: stopping at Dollar Tree or the international section at the grocery store – it’s worth the trip and you get a lot for your money.
