Let me tell you right off the bat, I hate numbers. We just don’t get along. From 8th grade algebra to figuring out the tip at dinner, I do whatever I can to get out of anything that involves numbers– how I survived AP statistics is an anomaly.
Unfortunately cooking and baking are two of my favorite hobbies that require way more math than I am used to. Measuring, conversions and timing– oh my! That’s why I like to make cheat sheets whenever possible. So when I happened across this coconut flour conversion chart it was printed and posted in the kitchen immediately. It makes adapting recipes to be Paleo friendly so much easier than remembering all of these substitutes in my head!
