If you read this morning’s post recapping my Whole30 experience this past weekend, then you know I’m in need of a little Whole30 Monday Morning Motivation this week. Sometimes even after you think you have tested your will power to the maximum, you are tested yet again. This week we have meals and workouts planned and I am looking forward to a far easier week than last, but it never hurts to have a little extra help.
Here are some things I have found over the past week that have helped me keep my eye on the goal. Keep calm and Whole30 on!
