By now you’ve probably heard about CrossFit. The workout uses simple exercises involving body resistance, gymnastics, aerobics, weight lifting, and other moves, which are done at a high intensity. You’ve also probably heard the good, the bad and the ugly about why people can’t live without CrossFit or have a severe disdain toward the program.
If you follow this little blog regularly then you know that I have been doing CrossFit for about 6 months. I have had a blast training with my box buddies at CrossFit Coolidge Corner and so happy that I found a form of fitness that motivates me to get moving each week. But at the end of the day,
I don’t care if you do Crossfit or not. It’s just something that I like to do and have had a lot of fun with. Run, dance, jump, jog, swim, skip – just be active. Find something you love to do and have fun while doing it!
