Pulled pork may not be a traditional Thanksgiving dish but I don’t care because it is the perfect winter meal and it’s delicious! Life has been crazy lately (story of my life) so finding a dish that requires little to no effort and still tastes great is important. Cue the slow cooker! Our slow cooker has been vital to getting through the past few weeks without falling off the wagon. All it requires is about a 10 minute prep in the morning and then you come home after a long day to a delicious home cooked meal… It’s basically magic. My favorite slow cooker meal as of late? Paleo pulled pork of course!
Paleo Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
- 4-5 lb pork butt roast
- 1-2 yellow onions, chopped
- 4 tbsps chili powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsps cumin
- 2 tsps onion powder
- 2 tsps sea salt
- 1 tsp coriander
- dash of cayenne pepper
