Truth be told, I never used to tuck in my shirts. I thought that it was uncomfortable and definitely unflattering. However, with all of the high-waisted skirts and classic blouses that are currently on trend I figured I would give it a go. I quickly learned that mastring “the tuck” isn’t as easy as it looks. However with a little help from Amanda, I was able to pull it off. Now I prefer the casual “half tuck” most days and on occasion (and at work) I pull out the “full tuck.” It is amazing how a little tuck can really pull together an outfit and give it a new look.
A classic white button up has been my go to all summer (and most likely will be all year). It pairs perfectly with denim shorts and skinnies alike. Plus the contrast back detail on this classic top up made it impossible to pass up!
Have you mastered the tuck? Do you have any tips or ticks for getting it just right?
