Creating your own version of restaurant burger sauces is pretty easy. Start with 1/2 cup of Paleo mayonnaise, my version can be found in Paleo in 28, and then add flavorful stir-ins to make a flavor-packed condiments for your next barbecue!

Ingredients
- ½ cup Paleo mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Paleo ketchup
- 1 tablespoon diced pickle
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon vinegar
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, diced pickle, ground mustard, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder and vinegar, until smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving
