The Peach Melba is a french dessert of peaches and raspberry sauce served with vanilla ice cream. It was also the inspiration for this smoothie! Made from a frozen banana and coconut base, and flavored with frozen peaches and raspberries, this refreshing smoothie has a robust flavor profile reminiscent of the traditional dessert.
While smoothies are often thought of as a breakfast or snack option, I think this version makes for a delicious and healthy dessert.
If you want to make this smoothie even more luscious, whip up a batch of vanilla coconut ice cream in place of the frozen banana.
