If you want to make this smoothie even more luscious, whip up a batch of vanilla coconut ice cream in place of the frozen banana.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, or until smooth, and serve immediately.
