For as long as I can remember, Christmas Eve has always been spent at my Grandmothers surrounded by family, food and festive decorations. It is my favorite night of the year.
While many things have changed over the years, Christmas Eve has always remained a constant. I can always count on my cousins sneaking a bottle of wine, my Grandfather saying grace and my little brother putting Jesus in the manger under the tree. It is a lovely tradition that I love being a part of each year.
One of my favorite parts of the evening is dinner. We all gather around the dinning room table and feast on steak, lobster and a mix of vegetables. Not only is everything delicious, but I can eat it all! In prep for the holidays next week, I thought I’d share one of my favorite steak recipes. It is a supper simple seasoning that really lets the cut of meat be the main focus. I hope you enjoy!
