The slow cooker is my favorite sous chef when things are busy. Throw in some meat, vegetables and marinade and by the time you come home you have a home cooked meal waiting for you. Not only is it convenient, but it gets it right every time.
My latest slow cooker go-to? Shredded buffalo chicken! Not only does it cook in the slow cooker, but it only uses two ingredients. A win-win! This recipe is perfect for lettuce wraps, paleo nachos or by itself!

Shredded Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
- Steve's PaleoGoods Wing Sauce (or Hot Sauce of your choice)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker and cover with Wing Sauce
- Turn the slow cooker on
- Cook for 3-4 hours (high) or about 6-8 hours (low)
- Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, use two forks to pull apart
