As you know, it is always important to read the list of ingredients on prepackaged foods- especially in dressings, sauces and mixes. Instead of worrying about hidden ingredients, I find it easier to make these dressings, sauces and mixes from scratch. Last week I shared my recipe for homemade paleo taco seasoning and this week I thought I would share another seasoning that is easy to recreate with spices you already have on hand.
Ranch seasoning is supper versatile. It is a delicious seasoning for grilled chicken, pair perfectly with buffalo wings and even makes a delicious salad dressing. Combine the ingredients above in a food processor and mix well. Like most at home seasonings, this one can be stored in an air tight container for up to three months.
Looking for a quick and easy light ranch dressing? Combine 1 tbsp. of this homemade ranch seasoning with 1/3 cup of paleo mayonnaise and 1/3 cup coconut milk, whisking until smooth.
