After my home cooked Paleo Pork and Vegetable Fried Rice earlier this week, I have had Asian inspired meals on the brain. While take-out is the simple fix, I decided instead to try my hand at a quick and easy Paleo Orange Chicken (a personal favorite) with a side of Asain Broccolini.
This recipe can be prepped and on the table in 30 minutes, making it the perfect week night meal. So put away those take out menus and pull out your cutting board. Dinner is just a few easy steps away!
Asian Broccolini and Orange Chicken

This Paleo version of a take-out favorite is full of flavor but much lighter than its breaded and battered counterpart. I like to serve with a side of broccolini, but you can easily use broccoli instead.
