The holiday season is in full swing as people hustle and bustle to get everything in order before Christmas. People are busy trimming their trees, wrapping packages and planning their dinner menus. If that dinner is that last thing on your list and you haven’t had a chance to sit down and think through a menu, let alone how much to serve, I’ve got you covered!
I’ve outlined a Christmas dinner menu that any cook can tackle, best of all if it all Paleo friendly, grain-free and sure to get rave reviews from everyone at the table! If you have a large group and are looking to fill out the table a bit more, ask your guests to bring additional appetizers, sides or a bottle of red wine. Have some non-Paleo eaters joining the festivities? Ask them to bring their own rolls!
Appetizer: | Bacon Wrapped Dates | 4 per person |
Main Course: | Simple Seasoned Steak | 16 to 24 ounces per person |
Sides: | Grain-free Dinner Rolls | 1 per person |
Oven Roasted Asparagus | 3 to 4 ounces per person
Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes | 1 medium per person
Dessert: | Fruit Crisp | 1 slice per person |

If you’re not cooking dinner this year, ask if you can help the host by bringing a side or dessert. This way you alleviate some of the cooking stress and ensure there is something Paleo friendly to eat!
