Tacos are one of my all time favorite quick and easy paleo dinners. In fact, most Mexican food is pretty easy to make paleo friendly! Swap the taco shell or tortillas for lettuce, pile on the fresh salsa and guac, and whip up a side of cauliflower rice.
It is also important to keep an eye on the ingredients of all sauces and mixes– you never know what’s hiding in there! Personally I find it easiest to make most of these from scratch, particularly my taco seasoning. This recipe is super easy, tastes better than the store bought version, and uses spices you likely already have on hand! Triple win!
