Over the past few months I have been dropping hints about an exciting new project I am working on, and today I am so happy to finally announce my first cookbook, Paleo in 28, which will be available on April 1, 2015!
This book has been a labor of love and I could not be more proud the share it with you.
Paleo in 28 is the super simple guide for going Paleo for your not-so-simple life. Whether you are just beginning your Paleo journey or looking to restart your Paleo lifestyle, this book is for you.
Filled with 130 delicious recipes made from only five ingredients, this book will help you pull together flavorful meals everyday. I have also created a flexible 28-day meal plan and streamlined shopping lists to take out the guess work while you get started.
I know first hand just how hard it can be to introduce the Paleo diet into your hectic routine, but after eating Paleo for 3 years, I have finally found the balance that works. With this book, I hope to show others how they can benefit from eating whole, clean foods and that you don’t need to be a professional chef to make delicious Paleo friendly meals the whole family will love.
Having a full time job, working on the blog and writing a book was a bit of a challenge but I loved each and every minute of it! Thank you all so much for your support, without you this would book would simply not be possible.
