Recently I’ve noticed that I’ve been putting a lot of pressure on myself to control things that are inevitably out of my control. Resulting in A LOT of stress. So instead of worrying about things that were out of my control, I decided focus on being happy and enjoying the things that I have the ability to control. This week try and live with the mantra above, choose to be happy and let go of the things you can not change.
