I am 100% self taught when it comes to the kitchen. Over the years I have learned a lot but there are still times that I need a little help. That’s where J usually comes in, and when he’s not around I consult my other trusty best friend, Google. The first time I learned to cook a spaghetti squash: Google. The first time and learned to make almond milk: Google. And when I was faced with the task of opening this bizarre looking red fruit called a pomegranate: Google.
Now I can roast a spaghetti squash, juice an almond and open a pomegranate with the best of them, in fact I might even go pro.
Once you’ve learned to properly open a pomegranate, you can lightly scoop out the seeds into a small bowl and use them to top off your favorite salad or make my Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark!
