Who knew the freezer could do so much more than store your coconut milk ice cream!
Using the freezer to make flavored ice cubes out of your favorite iced beverages (like coffee) will keep your drinks cold without watering them down. Look for fun ice cube shapes so that you can keep you regular ice and coffee ice separate, plus heart and star shaped ice cubes are always fun!
A similar idea is to freeze a handful (or more) of white grapes to add to your next glass of white wine. Frozen grapes will keep your win cool, plus they are a delicious and refreshing treat on their own.
I love stocking up on fresh herbs, but they always seem to go bad before I can use them all. Instead of tossing them I divide them into the sections of an ice tray and cover with olive oil. Once frozen they will stay fresh and are perfectly portioned for use when cooking your next meal.
