Tropical Paleo Popsicles

These tropical popsicles are refreshing and full of flavor! Looking for a smooth ice-pop witch a bit more richness? Replace the coconut water with full-fat coconut milk or coconut yogurt!
Ingredients
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • ¾ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ papaya, diced
  • ½ cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups coconut water
Instructions
  1. Combine fruit in a mixing bowl
  2. Arrange the fruit mixture into 8 popsicle molds
  3. Pour coconut water into each mold, covering the fruit
  4. Insert popsicle sticks
  5. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours
Notes
If tropical fruits are not in season, or you want to switch things up, you can also opt for blueberries, peaches, oranges and raspberries. Any combination of your favorite fruits will work!
