These crunchy bite size sandwiches are packed with protein making them the perfect afternoon snack!
Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup Paleo mayonnaise
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
Sea salt
Plantain chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper and salt
Mix well and refrigerate until chilled
Serve with plantain chips
