Tuna Salad Bites

These crunchy bite size sandwiches are packed with protein making them the perfect afternoon snack!
Ingredients
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup Paleo mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Plantain chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper and salt
  2. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled
  3. Serve with plantain chips
Notes
Short on time? I always keep Sir Kensington's Classic Mayonnaise on hand to use in a pinch! It is one of the most clean processed mayos that I have found on the market.
