TQuick and Easy Taco Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 head organic cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat
  2. Add chili powder, onion powder, garlic salt, paprika, cumin, salt and water
  3. Stir and reduce heat
  4. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes before removing from heat
  5. Chop the cauliflower into small florets
  6. Pulse cauliflower in food processor (or grate with cheese grater)
  7. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 garlic clove for 30 seconds
  8. Add cauliflower and mix for 2-3 minutes
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
  10. Covered the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes, until softened
  11. Plate cauliflower rice and top with ground beef
