Nut Butter Thumbprints

- 1½ cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp grass-fed butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking soda and salt
- In a small bowl combine sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, butter and vanilla extract
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
- Mixing until well combined
- Roll dough into round balls and place on a lined baking sheet
- Gently press a large dark chocolate chip into the top of each with your thumb
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown
