Nut Butter Thumbprints

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp grass-fed butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking soda and salt
  3. In a small bowl combine sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, butter and vanilla extract
  4. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  5. Mixing until well combined
  6. Roll dough into round balls and place on a lined baking sheet
  7. Gently press a large dark chocolate chip into the top of each with your thumb
  8. Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown
