Paleo Dark Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • Dash Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites and honey until fluffy
  3. Add in coconut, cacao, vanilla, and sea salt and mix well
  4. Roll into balls and place on a lined baking sheet
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes
