Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil
Sprinkle with garlic, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook asparagus for about 15 minutes, rotating halfway through, or until it reaches your desired tenderness
Notes
Asparagus can also be prepared on the grill, follow the directions above but instead of using a backing sheet, use tin foil to make a pouch. This will make it easy to flip half way through cooking.
