If you’ve been reading along over the past few months, it’s no secret to you that J and I love one kind of cuisine over all others – Asian inspired. Give us our choice of chain restaurants to go to and P.F. Chang’s is usually at the top of the list. Delivery on a night we don’t feel like cooking? The Thai and Chinese menus are among our most worn out. So when I found this recipe for Paleo Pot Sticker Burgers, I knew we had to try them out immediately! If you enjoy traditional pot stickers, you will LOVE these burgers. We will definitely be making these again sooner rather than later.
Pot Sticker Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ lbs ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. ginger, minced
- 1 ½ cups coleslaw mix, roughly chopped
Directions:
- Preheat your pan or skillet to medium heat on the stove.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and form four patties.
- Add burgers to pan and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip burgers and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
- Once the centers of the burgers are no longer pink, remove from heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
