This past weekend we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with one of our favorite couples. We hung out, made margaritas and I even coaxed Phil into teaching me how to make his famous guacamole. This was definitely the highlight of my weekend because it is the most delicious guacamole I’ve ever eaten. It works as a dip or as a topping and I usually eat most of the bowl by myself. Phil claims the reason it is so good is because the focus is really on the avocado, not the add-ins.
I hope you love it as much as I do!
Also, be sure to check back next week for a new twist on an old dish featuring Phil’s Phamous Guacamole!
