One of my guilty pleasures has always been getting an appetizer when going out to eat– french fries, mozzerella sticks and even friend green beans and zuchinni! Unfortunately, for a paleo eater,  these finger foods don’t really fit the bill. That’s why I decided to create a flavorful oven baked version of my beloved fried zuchinni that coated in almond meal and sure to hit the spot. You can also cut the zuchinni into discs, but don’t forget to serve with a side of marinara or your favorite dipping sauce!
