One of the staples you will probably find as you are researching what to make for dinner while experimenting with Paleo is a meatza – or a meat pizza. There are so many variations, ranging from those that lean more traditional like a regular pizza, to some that are super unique. This week J and I found a recipe on The Clothes Make the Girl that mashes our love for meatzas with our love of Mexican food. We kept it simple but it tasted delicious!
