Smoothies have long been my breakfast of choice for busy week day mornings. Whether I’m commuting into work or need a nutritious breakfast before my morning workout, smoothies are quick, easy and always delicious!
Even with six feet of snow on the ground and temps below freezing, smoothies are still my go-to. In fact, the combination of tropical fruit flavors in my favorite, like the one below, are a small reminder that summer is just around the corner.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup of frozen pineapple
- ⅓ cup of frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup of coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, or until smooth, and serve immediately.
