One of my favorite things about fall, besides the fashion of course, is football. Growing up as a cheerleader, there was nothing more exciting than a Friday night game. The bright lights, crisp air and heated rivalry made football season the highlight of my high school career. While J and I aren’t die hard fans, I love going back home to a house full of football fanatics. Even my little brother gets excited for the “big game.”
Before the game starts, my family usually likes to prepare some delicious, yet often unhealthy football food. This weekend, I took over and whipped up a batch of Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. These bites deliver that big, bold taste of a spicy wing but the baked cauliflower is a great alternative to anything deep fried.
