Last year, when J and I moved in to our new apartment, we were thrilled to not only find a place that met all of our needs but that surpassed our expectations with a huge outdoor space!
Living in the city for the past eight years, I know that decks and patios are few and far between, so I never expected to find one, let alone put it on my list. Now almost 1 year into living in our apartment and I do t know what I would do without our patio!
This summer we purchased patio furniture, strung lights and did some urban landscaping to devote the deck of our dreams. But most importantly, we purchased a grill!
Now I’m not going to act like I am a master at the grill, that is all J, but I do know a thing or two about prepping my steak and veggies so that he can prep the grill.
To make things even easier this summer, I’ve been using Spice Hub blends to season my steaks! The Back Bay Seasoning may be my favorite – the flavor is bold and pairs perfectly with every cut of steak I’ve thrown at it!
Today I’m sharing a recipe for an easy Back Bay Seasoned Steak on the grill. If you do not have a grill, this recipe also works well in a grill pan!
